Form 600

Form 600 is a form from the Tax Agency used to carry out the self-assessment, submission, and, if applicable, payment of the Tax on Property Transfers and Documented Legal Acts in its various modalities. This form is typically submitted when carrying out a corporate transaction or purchasing a second-hand property. As for who is responsible for paying the tax, for example, in a property purchase, the buyer is the one who pays. The same applies to second-hand cars; the buyer pays.
