Property Registry Certification
50,00 CHF
The registry certificates are public documents issued by the Property Registry, designed to verify the current legal status of a property. These certificates can refer solely to ownership or also include encumbrances on the property.
Additionally, it is necessary to provide one of the following pieces of information: the Unique Registry Code (CRU) or the property number, along with the registry details of the province, registry, and municipality.
There are two types of certificates: the ownership certificate, which covers only the most recent ownership that is still valid (or previous ones), and the ownership and encumbrances certificate, which in addition to ownership, includes all current encumbrances or charges on the property, as well as any canceled ones, if explicitly requested.
It is important to note that to request a registry certificate, a legitimate interest that justifies the inquiry must be provided.
*Price: Property Registry fees, plus a service management fee of 50 CHF.
The certificate will be sent once the total amount for the service has been paid (upon receipt of the property registry invoice). At that time, a service invoice will be generated for the total amount.
